THE RECESS
A Recessed inspection cover is planted with your present lawn so you can mow over it. The depth of this cover was designed by landscapers to allow grass, flowers, etc. to grow along with your present lawn. This cover will blend into any type landscaping situation. Only you know it's there. XPERT also has a metal and concrete cover available for parkway or driveway installations.
THE BASIN
XPERT Flood Control installs a finished Block Vault to house the Preventer, its 1/2 HP Ejector pump and its plumbing. The basin is installed with steps to provide easy access to the Preventer and its internal interchangeable parts, electric & plumbing which will provide lifelong use of the XPERT flood control system with proper service & maintenance.

THE PREVENTER PLUS�
It's the Pride of XPERT and what we at XPERT consider to be the finest most dependable valve on the market. Other valves on the market today have to be turned off manually, started electrically or allow sewage to accumulate around the gate area preventing their gates from closing. The Preventer remains open until flooding conditions occur then closes automatically allowing you to use the most advanced options on any valve in today's market.

THE EJECTOR
The 1/2 HP Ejector driven pump takes internal water and sewage from the overflow compartment and within seconds ejects it at rate of 134 gallons per minute through the bypass. So, during flooding conditions you can use all the internal water you wish without fear of backup.
THE GUARDIAN
XPERT Guardian keeps you aware of your pump's status all times from inside the home. The indicator light means all is in working condition.
